The Center for Economic Information (CEI) is a research unit of the Department of Economics at the University of Missouri- Kansas City. CEI uses its expertise in GIS, economic statistics, and econometrics to conduct research for both the public and private sectors.

Mission: To use information technology in support of:

  • economic decision-makers in the public and private sectors
  • and academic researchers
